1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if delays occur.
2. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:

- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, courier issues).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or other delivery providers.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping is available for orders over £50.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office.
- If your order is lost in transit, contact us at info@veeveeorganic.com. We will assist in locating the package, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- For orders delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 3-5 business days before contacting us.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund based on our Refund Policy.
8. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
- If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for failed deliveries.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply.
9. Changes & Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.
