Refund & Returns Policy

At VeeVee Organics, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade skincare products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights and options when requesting a refund, return, or exchange.


1. Returns & Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of our handmade skincare products, we can only accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item was damaged in transit.
  • You received a faulty or defective product.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.


2. Reporting a Problem & Return Process

If you experience any issues with your order, follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us Within 7 Days

Email us at info@veeveeorganic.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide:
✔ Your order number
✔ A clear photo of the issue (damaged, incorrect, or defective item)
✔ A brief description of the problem

Step 2: Return Approval & Instructions

  • If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping address and further instructions.
  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days of approval.

Step 3: Inspection & Refund Processing

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
Change of mind – As a small business, we cannot accept returns if you simply no longer want the product.
Allergy or skin reaction – We clearly list ingredients on our product pages, and we strongly recommend a patch test before full use.
Lost or stolen packages – Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the courier, we cannot issue refunds.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, you will need to return the eligible item (following our return process) and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@veeveeorganic.com with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:
1️⃣ Check your bank account.
2️⃣ Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
3️⃣ If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, email us at info@veeveeorganic.com.


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase if they haven’t been processed.
  • Once an order is packed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.
